Your B & B is a wonderful address to stay for a while.
We stayed for 10 days in your house and it was a great pleasure for me and
my sister. We felt us like home, the room was very comfortable and your hospitality
was great. We talked a lot in your sittingroom, after a long day of trips
with our family. The sittingroom has a wonderfull view over the fields and
the skyline of Vancouver and you have a beautifull garden too. Your tomatoes
tasted great!

I have often thought of the time my wife and I spent some time with you,
at your B/B. We both felt like clients when we first met you , but like friends
when we left, your accommodations were not only beautiful, but gave a feeling
of home. Betty and I have traveled a great deal in our time , to many places
in the world. We rate your B/B among the best. We have spoke of your home
and hospitality, to many of our friends , and it is only poor health that
curtails our travels , that has prevented us from spending frequent visits
with you.. But feel many others have enjoyed your home and company as much

with you was as nice as anything we saw in Vancouver. I looked forward to your
advice and maps each morning. Your place was as friendly as being at home and

September 2004 my wife and I spent two nites, and returned a week later

Last
year my wife Heather and myself took a holiday skiing and sight seeing
in Canada for four weeks. After skiing in numerous valleys for two weeks
we planned to do more sightseeing in Victoria and Vancouver Island. We
needed a place to stay before catching the ferry accross to the island
so I searched on the internet for the most convenient place to stay on
the mainland.
After sending off a few enquiries I was most impressed with the warm and welcoming
response I received from Paton Place B& B. The location was excellent, the
price was right and Peggy was most helpful with information regarding the ferries.
But the best was yet to come.
We
arrived late in the afternoon after a 6 hour drive and no sooner were we
shown our room and settled in the coffee pot was on and afternoon tea was
served. Peggy recommended a local sea food restaurant and the food was brilliant.
Now breakfast was something else again. Superbly set table with fresh fruit,
muffins with bacon and egg and if that wasn't enough Peggy had made us fresh
ginger scones to take with us. I wished in many ways we could have stayed another
night but I know we will be back.
Heather and I have travelled a lot and experienced many B & B places and
I can honestly say Paton Place is one of the best.
